Pengembangan Aplikasi Mobile Petugas Kebersihan Shelter BRT

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pelaporan petugas kebersihan shelter BRT Trans Jawa Tengah koridor I Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile (android) untuk kegiatan pelaporan yang dilakukan oleh petugas kebersihan shelter. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui tahap pengembangan  sistem prototyping yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) Identify Basic Requirement (2) Develop Initial Prototype (3) User Review (4) Resive and Enhance The Prototype. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, dan wawancara serta studi literatur untuk menambah wawasan dan informasi melalui jurnal dan pustaka yang relevan. Aplikasi yang dibangun kemudian diuji menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa semua menu yang ada dalam program berfungsi dengan baik serta sesuai dengan kinerja yang direncanakan pada tahap perancangan. Dengan berfungsinya aplikasi ini menunjukan bahwa penelitian yang dilakukan dapat tercapai tujuannya.

Abstract

This research is a case study of reporting janitors at the Trans Central Java BRT shelter, corridor I, Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Aims to produce a mobile (android) based application for reporting activities carried out by shelter cleaners. The application is built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method through the prototyping system development stage which consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) Identify Basic Requirements (2) Develop Initial Prototype (3) User Review (4) Resistant and Enhance The Prototype . While the data collection methods used include observation, interviews and literature studies to add insight and information through relevant journals and libraries. The application that was built was then tested using Black Box Testing with the test results showing that all the menus in the program were functioning properly and in accordance with the planned performance at the design stage. With the functioning of this application, it shows that the research carried out can achieve its objectives.
